*** The Traffic in East Grinstead can be
quite slow moving at times as well ***
We have spoken to the Brambletye and Ashdown park hotels
about people who need to arrive / get changed before the normal
check-in times, and they have said that whilst they can't
gaurantee that people will be able to check in as soon as
they arrive, they will be able to hold onto your luggage and
provide you with somewhere to get changed. If you are able
to get access to your room before it is cleaned properly,
(which might be delayed by people taking there time in checking-out
from the night before), then you should at least be able to
leave your stuff in there, get changed, etc.
It would be a good idea if everyone at the Brambletye organised
themselves into car-shares, so that you can drive down to
Ashdown Park on the saturday, get the minibus back at the
end of the night, and then someone else drives you down to
Ashdown Park on the way to the barbeque so you can pick up
your car. It's up to you to organise this!

If you are driving from the A22 to Ashdown park, the hotel
is three quarters of a mile down the road on the right hand
side. The main entrance is just after the service entrance.
Watch out for the deer!
